The apartment has a lovely view and is sparkling clean & tidy with a sunny aspect. The service was absolutely awesome and went out of their way to ensure a great time. The location is amazing, central to everything at Burleigh. The dining experience at the door step was enjoyable with sunset cocktails. However, some staff members were ignorant and rude when we raised concerns about cleanliness.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel with a great location across the street from the beach and central to all that Burleigh has to offer. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful time; however, I was disappointed by the ordinary aesthetic of the location.

The rooms met all our requirements with bedding for 5 guests. I stayed in one of the superior apartments which I didn't realize at the time of booking. They were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay over Burleigh Heads Surf Beach.

My stay at the hotel was just fantastic! The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a great kitchen and a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous experience. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The dining experience was also great, with delicious cocktails and a wonderful atmosphere. The facilities were excellent too, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The apartment was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry area, which was very nice. However, there were cleanliness issues such as black marks on the walls that needed scrubbing and dirt and dust in the cupboards and corners. The rooms were warm even with fans on, which was a bit uncomfortable.
